About the Penthouse

The Executive Penthouse suite boasts one of the best views in Barra from every angle. It sleeps 4 people in king size beds or beds can be separated into two singles. You can also add another private bedroom, bathroom and sitting area for 2 more guests for $89 a night.

There is also a king sofa in the living room  if you need more space for sleeping at $40 a night  and another  optional bedroom  available November through May 1st at $89 a night rather than using the sofa bed. 

The Penthouse sits high above the others and is totally private, separated by the palapa. What could be better than taking in Barra’s famous sunsets from your rooftop deck?  If you like to cook, the well equipped kitchen has it all including a indoor/outdoor bbq, gas stove top and wall oven. The dining room doors open wide onto a beautiful deck.  You can also enjoy a million dollar view from the rooftop deck.the perfect place to watch sunsets!

The living room has a king sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and gazing at the view. The master suite has a large flat screen TV in front of the bed.  There are shutters that open and close out to the views and beautiful stained glass that light up on the other side of the room.

The second bedroom bedroom has a king size bed that can also be made into two singles, TV and views of the canal, pool, palapa, water and outdoor kitchen.

The master bathroom is located between both bedrooms and the other full bathroom is located off the kitchen.
